Neighborhood Watch Update

We wish to extend our appreciation to those who have volunteered to serve as Neighborhood Watch Captains. To date, we have Block Captains for the following streets: Nesting Lane (North), Snow Goose Drive, Benalli Drive, Mallard Way (North and South) and Estate Drive. Block Captains are still needed to cover Nesting Lane (South), Haley Street, Wood Duck Court (North and South ends), Autumn Court and Bucktail Drive.

If you are interested in serving as a Block Captain, or if you wish to receive additional information, please contact our President, Rich Green, via our website.

Proposed 2009 Budget & Vote

UPDATE:

The Board is pleased to announce that the 2009 budget was approved with 82 votes ‘for’ and 35 votes ‘against ' , with a total of 117 votes. Accordingly, assessment notices will be mailed around the first week of January, 2009. The assessment amount ($60) will be due no later than February 28, 2009.

The Board extends their appreciation to those who voted.
