Shed Size Amendment to Deed Restrictions - UPDATE
Sat, 08/28/2010 - 12:00am — spoulsonThe amendment to the Dove Run HOA Deed Restrictions allowing for shed sizes up to 12'x14', or 168 square feet, has been filed with Middletown and New Castle County and is now in effect.
Homeowners should submit all plans for sheds to the ARC prior to submitting for a Middletown shed permit. The town will not approve plans without ARC approval.
