The Board extends its thanks to the majority of our neighbors who have already paid the 2011 HOA assessment. To those who have yet to remit payment, in light of the current economic
situation, the Board has decided to extend the payment deadline to March 31, 2011. In an effort to minimize postage charges, we will not mail additional reminder letters. This
notice will serve as the final reminder.
