Update: Architectural Review Committee

We have changed the name of the Architectural Review Board (ARB) to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The ARC is comprised of volunteers from the development. Calvin Lindsay will lead this committee. The goal is to maintain and preserve the architectural standards of the community, through the review of building plans and the enforcement of the Declaration of Deed Restrictions.

The ARC intends to actively pursue blatant nuisance violations. Enforcement will be handled in a consistent and uniform manner. With this in view, the ARC encourages anyone who sees a potential deed restriction violation to contact us via this website. Your concern will be handled in the strictest confidence.

The ARC recognizes that the vast majority of the homeowners have complied with the deed restrictions. We value your participation in maintaining the value of this neighborhood.
