Budget Approval Announcement

The Board is pleased to announce the approval of the 2010 homeowners association budget. As indicated in the budget summary letter, the annual assessment amount for 2010 is $60, payable by March 19, 2010. An official notice will be mailed to all homeowners during the week of February 8, 2010. Payments can be sent to the association at:

Pond Maintenance Update - 2/1/2010

Middletown Public Works recently confirmed that they are responsible for treating and maintaining the retention ponds throughout Middletown, including those in the Estates at Dove Run. They have communicated their intention to hire one or more third party vendors for these efforts, but have not yet finalized the specifics of how the ponds will be maintained. The board is continuing to work with the prospective maintenance vendors to understand the likely scope of maintenance performed by the town, as well as proposals, estimates and feasibility for additional services requested by neighborhood homeowners.
