Unpaid Assessments

Owners are reminded that February 29, 2012 was the payment due date for the 2012 HOA fees. We are thankful for the payments received. To date, approximately 85% of the lot owners have remitted payment. Next week, we will initiate JP Court filings against those who have yet to remit payment.

Basketball Goals

As a reminder, according to Middletown, basketball goals are not permitted on the town streets. Recently, we received word that Middletown will send Inspectors through our area. They will issue citations to those who have violated this code.
