Parking - Prohibited Vehicles
Thu, 03/02/2017 - 4:24pm — rgreenThe board has received several inquiries from homeowners regarding the parking of boats, trailers and similar vehicles within the neighborhood.
In accordance to Section 7 of the Declaration of Restrictions, without exception, these vehicles are NOT PERMITTED to be parked within the neighborhood overnight. When parked in the neighborhood during the day, they must fit entirely within the homeowners driveway and not block or encroach upon the sidewalk. They MAY NOT be parked on public streets.
In addition, the Town of Middletown has recently amended its Parking Ordinance, as denoted in the attached document. In essence, Middletown Police has the authority to enforce the provisions of the Parking Ordinance.
Neighbors are encouraged to report any parking violations to either the HOA or to the Middletown Police.
