Fines for Unresolved Deed Restriction Violations

Recently, we received several complaints about deed restriction violations (unauthorized vehicles/structures, trampolines, vegetable gardens, etc.). Over the years, the Board has sent letters to (known) deed restriction violators; however, this has not been an effective process as some have simply disregarded the Violation Letters and failed to correct the issues. Therefore, effective immediately, we will impose a fine ($75) against those who fail to respond to our request(s) to remedy restriction violations within a reasonable time frame.

Given the fact we have approximately 300 units within our development, however, the Board may not be aware of every deed restriction violation. Therefore, we rely on the participation of our lot owners. So, if you see deed restriction issues/violations, please relay your concerns to our attention. Your inquiry will be handled in the strictest confidence. And we will aggressively pursue the resolution of your complaint.
