As a result of the recent tornado outbreak, the HOA has received various inquiries relating to roof repairs. Specifically, several lot owners have asked whether there are any specifications such as placement and color of shingles.

According to Section 21 of the Declaration of Restrictions, “all roofs shall be a minimum of a twenty-five (25) year weathered wood architectural shingle.”

The general rule of thumb is you can take a color that matches any of the existing roofing colors and patterns. Please refer to attachment for additional information.
