2009 Assessments Update

To date, we have received payment from approximately 60% of the lot owners. We thank you for your prompt payment. The Board is aware of its fiduciary duty to expend funds in a wise and effective manner.

In reference to those who have not paid their assessments, please remember that homeowner assessments are mandatory. As a one-time only waiver, the Board has agreed to extend the payment deadline to March 27, 2009. We encourage you, therefore, to pay your assessment before the deadline, in order to avoid late charges and attorney/collection fees.
