HOA Project Approval Procedures

Most exterior projects must be approved by the HOA. Linked below, as an attachment, is a printable HOA Permit Application document. Use this document to request approval from the HOA before applying for a building/project permit from the Town of Middletown. The purpose of the HOA Permit Application is to ensure that projects are completed within the confines of our Declaration of Deed Restrictions (Deed Restrictions). Copies of our Deed Restrictions and associated Amendments are also linked below as attachments.
