Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that someone has placed Board/Committee meeting minutes in a neighbor’s mailbox. It should be noted that the neighbor did not request those documents. Although we believe the act was well intentioned, it was not initiated nor endorsed by the Board.

Our policy is to post all Board/Committee meeting minutes on the website. This enables public viewing, and it also minimizes mailing costs. In regards to annual meetings and budget matters, official notices will be mailed to all owners of record.

Please, do not place Board related material in anyone's mailbox.
