Message from the Architectural Review Board

The goal of the Architectural Review Board (ARB) is to maintain and preserve the architectural standards of the community, through the review of building plans and the enforcement of the Declaration of Deed Restrictions.

For the most part, the ARB has not actively looked for infractions; generally, enforcement actions were based on homeowners who alerted us of potential deed restriction violations. Action undertaken by the ARB involved the notification of the offender, via letter. The ARB encourages anyone who sees a violation to contact us via this website. Your concern will be handled in the strictest confidence.

The ARB recognizes that the vast majority of the homeowners have complied with the deed restrictions. We value your participation in maintaining the value of this neighborhood.
