Proposed Changes to Deed Restrictions

The attached document outlines proposed changes to the Dove Run HOA Deed Restrictions. The changes are being proposed by the ARC with input from homeowners and requests made to the ARC since it's inception. These proposed changes will be reviewed at the Annual Homeowners meeting on Thursday, 10/28, at 7:00pm at the M.O.T Senior Center.

A full vote of homeowners will be solicited via US Mail following the annual meeting, and will require a 2/3 majority of votes for any changes to be adopted. Anyone with questions regarding this process is encouraged to attend this year's homeowners meeting.
