Payment Status Inquiries

Periodically, the HOA has received payment status inquiries from lot owners who wish to obtain equity loans or to refinance existing mortgages.  We will continue to respond to payment inquiries, but it may take several days before we can do so.  Therefore, for expediency purposes, we encourage lot owners to retain payment receipts (cancelled checks, PayPal statements), which they can provide to the lending agencies as confirmation of HOA payment.  

Lenders often require copies of our annual Assessment Notices.  You can download the most recent document from our website.
